Gute Lage und sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Günstige Lage, ca 30 Min von Flughafen und City Center entfernt. Bushaltestelle um die Ecke. Einfacher Check In mit Code via Email. Sehr schönes Umfeld in der Nachbarschaft.

Das Haus ist leider sehr hellhörig. Zimmernachbarn, die sich nicht an Ruhezeiten halten wollen, stören nachts akustisch zum Teil sehr.

I enjoyed the comfort and location of the Van Nest, but saw room for improvement.

The Van Nest accommodation near YVR UBC Downtown was very well located with easy access to major attractions and the airport. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well equipped which allowed for a restful night's sleep. The hostess, Cecilia, was very friendly and helpful which made the stay especially enjoyable.

Although the majority of the stay was very satisfactory, there were some minor points that could be improved. The noise insulation between the rooms was not optimal, which occasionally caused disturbances.

Beautiful, extremely well appointed home in lovely Kerrisdale….w/pool, hot tub AND sauna!!:):)🤩🤩🤩 Cecilia was an incredible hostess….VERY welcoming, reliable, communicative, friendly, helpful and organized….with a family of her own living on upper level of huge home in very upscale area of Vancouver….. Thank U Cecilia @ Family for a super couple days in ur incredible private home!!!:):)♥️

Perfect airport stopover!

Close to airport Very cosy and comfortable room, comfy bed and pillows! Quiet neighborhood Very attentive and lovely host, communicative and helpful

Very basic kitchen area (small portable stove to make food/microwave), fine for basics or if you plan on eating out Common areas were v cold

Very nice

We had the pleasure of getting in the pool and hot tub. Comfortable, clean and the host was very kind. Thank you, we will stay again when travelling to Vancouver airport.

Bait and switch. We ended up staying at inlaws

Our room was changed unexpectedly. It was pitched as an ‘upgrade to luxury suit’ but was a basement room worth half the value. We decided to stay at in-laws instead!

No real complaints here. The bedroom floor is a little funny. We came home late and the gate was locked so we had to go around - not a big deal.

Reasonably priced. Good for a short stay.

The room is very clean and spacious. Although the owner is not on site, the check-in instruction provided is very clear.

It may not be so convenient to get your luggage to the room which is located on carpeted upper floor.

Great, clean, fun place to stay at in Vancouver, wonderful hospitality.

They have a very beautiful and clean home. A trampoline for kids to jump on and a pool and hot tub to relax in after a day of exploring Vancouver. They have snacks and bottled water for their guests and even brought us fresh fruit to enjoy by the poolside! My 7year old son really liked having a kid (their daughter)of similar age to play with. They made us feel like family and were very hospitable, we definitely would recommend this place to anyone and also plan to return in the future. A lovely family.

It was a little hot inside but the owner remedied that by bringing us a fan. The pool could be warmer.

Communication is key

Our hosts were so friendly, inviting and accommodating! The amenities offered were great. The location is great!

The hot tub and sauna wasn't hot at all. I get the sense that if we had clearly communicated we intended to use these amenities they would have had them heated up for us.

I had a nice stay and if ever in Vancouver again I would definitely consider staying there again.

The hostess was very nice and was available to answer my questions. You can tell she looks after the people who rent from her. The house is only a bus ride away from Granville Island (the no. 10).

It is in a very residential area so there wasn't a lot of stores or restaurants close by. I did walk to the grocery store which was a kilometer away. I thought I wouldn't like the fact that I would have to share a bathroom but it turned out fine.

I'll stay again!

The location was good, although we had trouble finding a restaurant for a quick dinner! I liked the proximity to Children's Hospital, as we had an 8:30 am appointment.

This is probably one of the best homestays in Vancouver; highly recommend it. Cecilia was so nice and accommodating, property looks way better than the pictures. The owner has kept it in a really nice state and tries to check up on their customers every now and then. We had to leave for a flight at 3am so the proximity of this location to the airport definitely helped us!
