The duplex was easily accessible and in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The management company quickly replied to each question or concern I had. It was very nice and spacious. It accommodated our group nicely and the kitchen was great to work in. Lots of seating options for our larger family.

The garage was not accessible (it said it was, but the door to the garage was locked and key pad outside did not work), which would have made loading an unloading easier, particularly in the rain. The kitchen was pretty well equipped except there were no cookie/baking sheets or pot holders. Having a broom and dustpan or small cordless vac would have been handy to help us to clean up after ourselves better. And offering a few more hand towels, washcloths, and kitchen towels would have been nice.
