Great little appartment to explore the Elbsandsteingebirge. It was cozy, comfortable, everything was there. And during very hot days outside it stays very cool inside due to the rock wall behind the house.

Es handelt sich um eine kleine, aber feine Ferienwohnung. Wenn man viel unterwegs ist und das Wetter mitspielt (was bei uns leider nicht der Fall war) ist es vollkommen ausreichend. Besonders zu erwähnen ist die schöne Dachterrasse.

Wir waren Selbstversorger und waren tagsüber mit Auto und Fahrrädern unterwegs. Leider sind wir nicht mehr so fit, dass wir größere Strecken mit den Rädern unternehmen können. Die Gegend ist einfach überwältigend. Es gibt so viel zu sehen, dass wir sicherlich diese Gegend wieder besuchen. Christoph und Anna, vielen Dank für die Unterkunft und das Glas Honig aus Eurer Imkerei. Alle Achtung unsererseits, die Wandbilder mit den Kletterern seid ganz bestimmt Ihr gewesen!
Am ersten Morgen ist es uns passiert, dass die Rauchwarnmelder auslösten. Mein Mann hatte sein Frühstücksei mit Schinken braten wollen. Wir hatten nicht beachtet, dass es zur Rauchentwicklung kommt und eine Abzugshaube gab es nicht. ;-) Was vielleicht ohne großen Aufwand nachrüstbar wäre.... eine Fenstergage hinter der Küchenzeile wäre super, da die Mückenplage wieder los geht.

Cleanliness, location, easy communication with the host, jar of homemade honey
Despite heating being on full, it felt a bit cold in the room (I guess it's due to its location within the building). I'd recommend bringing slippers.
