My house was being renovated so I wanted a place nearby where I could stay for the evening. This was a relatively new hotel, very clean and furnished well. Front desk staff was very friendly and attended to my needs. Breakfast was delicious and had some great options.
I expect hotels to honor their check-in times. The stated check-in time was 3:00 PM and I arrived at that time, but had to wait an additional 30 minutes to check-in because the room wasn't ready. With a checkout time of 11:00 AM, I feel that should be more than enough time to get the room ready by 3:00 PM, especially on a sunday when the number of guests are much lower. Normally I wouldn't have minded much, except that I had an engagement at 3:30 PM that I ended up being late for.

Nice clean room.
The roof top ac system or whatever machinery that was directly above us made a constant grinding, ringing noise. Often a drone that kept me up nearly all night and gave me a headache. I imagine if we had any other room my response might be different. Upon checkout, I wasn't asked how my stay was or I was so cranky I probably would have addressed it then. The desk worker simply took the key and said thanks. The place is nice. The noise from the roof ensured I had a absolutely miserable time.
