Stunning hotel in an amazing location. The balcony with views over the lake is so beautiful.
The hospitality was poor with staff seeming uninterested in guests and customer service. Such a shame as this really changed our experience in the hotel.

אירוח יוצא מן הכלל! המקום הכי יפה בעולם. תודעת שירות מאוד גבוהה, רמה גבוהה של מלון וחדרים מהממים. הכל היה מושלם. כדאי למארחים לצרף תמונות עדכניות כי לא היה לי מושג לאן אני מגיעה.
ארוחת הבוקר הייתה קטנה מידי

The location only.
Everything was just disater other than location. Nothing was great. The food quality and taste was joke. They cant cook. I had the worst breakfast here in 5 Stinet, i have seen such an dull breakfast ever in my life. The breads were not at all fresh, obvious they dont have enough customers.
The dinner was also not at all good, because the chef was random and doesn't have any knowledge of cooking and hotel management was least bothered about it.
I statyed in room 7 , and the bothroom was most worst as the water flew back into the room instead of the bathrroom gutter. Everytime i took a bath, i had to clean the room floor.
Moving on to the transpotation, they were very cunning. This hotel has 2 free boat services to get in and get out from the hotel which is not accessible by road. So boat is the only option. They had one boat in the morning at 9 am to get in and 8 am to get out. Are they serious, is 9 am at all possible those who are coming from different locations or southern part of Albania, specially when the road is under severe construction and not at all drive worthy. We reached midday and we had to wait for until afternoon and that to for paid boat. JUST ANOTHER TRICK TO MAKING MONEY BY CONNING THE CUSTOMER.
On the other hand, the return boat was at 8 am whereas the checkout is until 11am , else you have to wait until evening until 5pm or pay from your pocket.
Overall, the experience was very unfortunately disgusting and not value for money.
SO, HOTEL 5 STINET IS DEFINITELY NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDABLE.
