La lavadora nos ayudó a cargar menos ropa. Es un lugar para solo llegar a dormir por lo cual el precio esta bien.
Nos toco lluvia y el cuarto es muy frío por los ventanales .Hay algun tema con las llaves de la regadera, si pones agua caliente sale muy caliente y si le pones un poco de fría para tibiar sale muy fría. Ya despues que le entiendes te bañas bien.

Su ubicación es excelente, un sector tranquilo, muy cercano a estación del metro para tomar la línea Yamanote. En el sector hay varias tiendas de conveniencia, restaurant, farmacia. Compramos en un Don Quijote que está solo a unas cuadras y es muy tranquilo, alejado de puntos turísticos. Sólo a una estación de Ueno.
El ascensor funcionaba en forma intermitente, lo que es un problema si estás en un 5° piso, luego de haber caminado muchísimo. Afortunadamente funciono en el momento que tuvimos que trasladar nuestras maletas.

1. The mattresses are so comfy
2. The location and the distance btn the transport and the property, it would be beneficial for a small family who travel with kids as after the whole day of activities, it’s only takes 5-6mins to get back to the property
3. All the shops you need juz nearby
4. Lot of restaurants around
5. Right on the JR line

1. Street noises at night as this property just right next to the busy road
2. Some part of the property still dusty
3. Lot smaller than the pictures
4. As all the water connected, so u can even go shower after u flush the toilet as it takes ages to fill up and the water pressure at the shower just so low. And the water temperature just so hard to control, hot water will be suddenly gone after few minutes before of use, so beware if you come during winter.
5. The sliding door in the house doesn’t hv lock, so if ppl climb up, they can juz open the door and access the property.
6. The curtain did nothing, so the sunlight will get straight into ur eyes at 4:45am during summer time
7. Bathroom doesn’t even hv any space to hang the towels or clothes
