Easily most comfortable beds we've experienced in Japan. Upstairs space is spacious, downstairs is a little tight sharing with the kitchenette space. Enormous bathroom by Japan standards.
The passageways are quite narrow downstairs, but at the price we paid it was great value.

Cute little hotel in a quiet location just 5-10 minutes from several bus stops and metro stations! The staff were very accommodating and helpful, and check in and out were quick and easy. The beds were very comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was fantastic!

It’s walking distance to Ueno Park
The stairs were challenging with the suitcases.

The beds were fine. Plenty of towels.
Close to convenient store and metro station.
It was quite small to fit 6 people. No space to put stuffs in the bathroom.
