Location and value for money. It is situated in a residential area making you feel like you are part of the community living the life of locals. Plus there is a sento ( japanese public bath) a few walks away from the property.
While the property has no elevator, we have to decide on certain compromise on what do we accept as comfortable. To me it’s totally fine given the price, the size of the room and cleanliness and location.You can leave your big luggage on the lobby and get stuff that you need if you are on the the upper floors.

직원분들도 좋으셨고 필요한부분들 요청해주었던부분들 해주셨구요
지내기는 괜찮았어요 일반비즈니스보다 해먹을수있고요 그부분들이
너무좋았네요 에컨도 빵빵하게 잘나왔고 낫뽀리까지 걸어가도 조핫구요 5~6분이면 도착하고요 이동하기편했습니다 낫뽀리쪽에도 먹을곳적당히있고요 택시 바로탈수도있고 편했습니다
계단이라서 조금 힘들긴했지만 그래도 운동이라생각하고 있었지만 그부분이 엘베가있었음 더좋았을꺼같아요 그리고 쇼파 커버를 조금더 좋은걸로 교체를하면 더 청결할거같았습니다 커텐도 조금더 넓었으면 더좋았을꺼라생각합니다

Great location in a quiet street just a few minutes walk from Nippori station, which has access to an airport train (Skyliner) and public transport (for example Yamanote line). The apartment was very clean, staff was friendly and very helpful, access was easy and check-in / check-out was not complicated at all. Facilities were good and convenient, nice shower, quite big fridge with freezing compartment.
It was very small for two people with suitcases, there was hardly enough space to put and open a suitcase. I think it's better for solo travellers. I know it's not easy in the tiny city apartments, but maybe it would be possible if the room was arranged differently... beds were a bit hard and uncomfortable. There were not enough electrical outlets to use all the things in the room, for example if you wanted to use the microwave, you had to unplug the electric kettle. Of course we managed and it's not a big problem, but there is room for improvement.
