Cleaning lady speaks Mandarin! 6-minute walk from nearest Yamanote line station (Uguisudani) + Donki. Really quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Slippers included in room. Free-to-use washing machine in the bathroom, plus a space to hang-dry clothing. Bathroom had a fancy ventilation/fan system with a specialized "drying" mode to make air-drying clothes very fast. Kitchenette included utensils, plates, mugs, even a pan and a stovetop for cooking. Also had a mini-fridge, electric kettle, microwave, and rice cooker. Dining table big enough for 2 people to eat a huge konbini haul.
Very cramped. Although the apartment was very space-efficient and fit lots of great amenities, there wasn't a lot of room left to place our 5 luggage bags.

位置优越，设施便利，服务周到
因为在一楼且下雨的缘故，住宿期间有墙上和地上出现虫子爬行的情况，希望可以采取措施改善
