Leuk appartement. Goed ingericht en lekker koffiezet apparaat en een mooi balkon waar je lekker op kan zitten bij warm weer. Eigenaren zijn vriendelijk.
Jammer dat de pannen het niet deden op de inductie plaat. Waardoor we 2 van de 3 dagen niet konden koken maar is wel opgelost op de laatst dag. Ook is wel nog wel lopen naar de metro en de lift helpt ook niet mee. We hebben gemeten maar naar boven (7 hoog) duurt 48 seconden en naar beneden 30. :)

Sull'appartamento in sè non c'è davvero nulla da dire: bello e accogliente, solo la terrazza è uno spettacolo per gli occhi! Gradita l'aria condizionata in tutto l'appartamento per il caldo esagerato di quei giorni.
L'accesso all'appartamento è facile come da indicazioni, quello che invece non è stato facile è accedere all'area del condominio, c'è un cancello ,abbiamo dovuto aspettare un condomino che uscisse per aprirci.
Una ultima cosa riguarda l'ascensore.
Consiglio a chiunque intenda prenotare di accertarsi preventivamente che sia funzionante, poiché risulta fuori servizio da diverso tempo. Salire e scendere sette piani a piedi é davvero impegnativo , specialmente se si deve fare più volte al giorno. Riteniamo doveroso segnalarlo, soprattutto a beneficio di persone anziane o con mobilità ridotta.

The apartment looks exactly like the photos. It is exceptionally clean, very well equipped and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is particularly well equipped, with an air fryer, a Bialetti moka pot and a coffee machine. The hosts also provide coffee for the Bialetti, tea, biscuits and a bottle of water, as well as toiletries in the bathroom. These thoughtful little extras made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived.
The terrace is fantastic: spacious, with a lovely view, and a wonderful place to sit and relax in the evening after a day of sightseeing. The bathroom is excellent and spotlessly clean as well.
The hosts are very kind, helpful and quick to respond to any questions or messages.
The location is a little further from the city centre, but Rome’s public transport works very well, so getting around was not a problem for us. The famous Cinecittà film studios are nearby, which is a nice bonus, and there is a large supermarket right next to the building.
The apartment also has two air-conditioning units, including one in the bedroom, which was very important and much appreciated during the hot summer days.
There is also an excellent trattoria nearby, Da Serena, serving delicious homemade Italian food. Definitely worth a visit!
The pull-out sofa is a little uncomfortable for sleeping.
We were also unlucky with the elevator, as it was out of order for our entire stay. Climbing up to the seventh floor after spending the whole day walking around Rome is not exactly the most cheerful way to end the evening! 😄
We absolutely do not blame the hosts for this, as it was clearly beyond their control. We only wish we had known about the situation before arriving, so we would have known what to expect.
