Everything was as expected and we had a really enjoyable stay. The accommodation was comfortable, had everything we needed and was exactly what we were looking for.

The little house is lovely in a nice quiet location with everything you need, including a washing machine and free parking. The owners are very friendly and communication as well as check in/out was easy. The location is great, provided you have a car, as its driving distance to Hobbiton
There could maybe be better options for hanging up clothes, but not a big issue
