Disappointing for the Price

Excellent location in the heart of Verona and good air conditioning, which made the apartment comfortable despite the hot weather.

We ran into several issues that made the stay disappointing, especially for €220 for one night, and I wouldn’t choose to book this apartment again. To be fair, the host responded quickly whenever I contacted her, but I felt I was constantly having to chase essential information that should have been provided upfront, such as the check-in details, missing key, apartment number and Wi-Fi instructions. The apartment also had several maintenance issues, including a TV remote with no batteries, Wi-Fi that didn’t work in the bedroom, mould in the shower, exposed electrical wiring near the bed, and the private parking—highlighted as a key feature—turned out to be only suitable for small cars.

Very central, perfect for a base to wander from with great air con

Fabulous location right in the centre of Verona. Super close to everything Great air conditioning, fantastic communication from hosts who are super friendly and very helpful. Even though in central location it’s a street back from the main square so nice and quiet too. Delightful place, spacious, large fridge either freezer box with great water pressure and temperature for the shower. If we go back to Verona would 100% be staying here again!

Excellent location - very close to Arena, restaurants and coffee shops. Friendly and exceptionally helpful host. A beautiful apartment - clean, spacious and comfortable. Ideal for 4 people.
