With 5 bedrooms, 5 baths, and 10 beds, this spacious retreat sleeps up to 20 guests, making it ideal for families, fishermen, or group getaways. Located next door to Whiskey Lullaby if your needing more room or have larger gatherings.
Enjoy the private pool on the deck, complete with lounge chairs for sunbathing, and take in stunning sunrise views from the partially shaded deck—the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Inside, you'll find a large open living, dining, and kitchen space with WiFi and smart TVs throughout. There's also a convenient wet bar upstairs, and downstairs features a complete outdoor kitchen with stove, fridge, and a large ice machine—great for fishing trips or outdoor feasts. Enjoy the shared sports court, available for use with the neighboring sister property. This includes a full-size pickleball court, shuffleboard court, and a sand volleyball court.

Never been to Grand Isle - this place added to the wonderful experience to see my daughter get married. Picture perfect and had everything you need. The top floor was unbelievable. Everythig is perfect here. It's worth it. Going to come back and stay here again and also rent out the place next door. Pickle ball, swimming pool, the views, the luxury, volleyball court.... All fun & accommodating. Love Love Love Bourbon Bay!!

12 out 10 stars! We've stayed at many rental properties all over the US and other countries and the Bourbon Bay house was the best place we've ever stayed. The listing, while beautiful, doesn't do it justice. The house has everything you need for the kitchen and more - tons of dishes, pots, pans, utensils, containers and extras. The beds are comfortable. The showers are fantastic. And it's stocked with beach chairs, games, and more! We were lucky enough to be next to the owners for part of the trip and even scored a rental dog for beach walks :)We really cannot say enough good things about this house. I'd rent from these owners any day!
