About this house rental

This peaceful and centrally-located townhome has been remodeled with hardwood floors. Bedroom 1 is equipped with 1 king bed and the bedroom 2 has a high quality queen size bed and comfortable lumbar supporting mattress. Located near USC, Ft. Jackson and Downtown Columbia in the Earlewood neighborhood, this is the perfect spot for a Basic Training graduation or any USC event.

The townhome is well furnished with a nice sturdy couch where you can kick your feet up, relax and read or watch your favorite shows. Beautiful kitchen equipped with basic kitchen essentials. A dining table that seats 4.

Set in an adorable residential neighborhood, this apartment was the perfect space for our graduation weekend visit. The host replied immediately and the place was very comfortable. We loved it!

Safety issue. A couple of plugs didn't work and all need to be checked. One was protruding from wall. Also we needed a plunger for toilet- none to be found. Bathroom sink was clogged when we first arrived. Other than that beds and linens in good condition as well as kitchen. (plates didn't fit in microwave) but appliances worked well. It was fairly close to base which we appreciated.
