Optional pool heating is available for $90/first day and $60/after day one (September-March). $45 a day (April-August) per day. Hot tub available year-round.

This house looked great in the pictures, but was even better once we arrived. House had everything we needed and we were truly able to relax. House was clean and had nice finishes and truly felt like a high end beach house. We slept as good in the beds as we do at home. Bathroom finishes were great and done with great taste. Hosts were incredibly helpful and welcoming. We visit family in Long Beach quite often and we re hoping in the future to stay here every time we visit. Would highly recommend this spot.

This house was amazing and the pictures of the pool and hot tub do not even do it justice! A private oasis that provided exactly what we needed when coming to CA with our 2.5 year old for medical reasons. Walking distance to restaurants and the beach and was easily able to get packages delivered if needed. The beds were super comfy, the kitchen has all that you need and the TVs were big and had all of our favorite apps! Laundry worked great and super easy to come and go as you please. Communicating with Kelly was a breeze! I felt like she was my friend after talking to her a bit so probably reached out too much LOL but she never made me feel like a bother and even offered to bring a package into the house for me a few days before our arrival. She also purchased a booster seat that my daughter loved and used every day! Can’t recommend this house enough and we will be back!! 10/10!!

Really enjoyed our stay - especially the pool which we used daily. Quick walk to the beach and to 2nd Street.
