Overall, a very positive stay!! The location is simply unbelievable. You are right on the beach, and honestly, it would be hard to find accommodation any closer. The island itself is lovely, with plenty of options for food and places to explore.
I didn’t manage to find the mini market mentioned in another review, but I brought my own breakfast supplies, which worked perfectly because the shared kitchen is such a great bonus. I actually hadn’t realised before booking that the kitchen is shared between two rooms/apartments. Each room has its own private lock, while the bathroom and kitchen are shared with the other room.
The kitchen is very well equipped and has everything you need, whether you want to cook a proper meal or just make some fried eggs in the morning. The large fridge was a massive bonus for us.
The bathroom is a little small, but perfectly adequate and clean, so no real complaints there.
We were lucky that the guests in the other room were very quiet and respectful, so we had no problems with them. However, because the bathroom and kitchen are shared, and the rooms are quite close together, I can imagine that noisy or inconsiderate neighbours could become an issue. You can hear people walking around, opening doors and using the shared spaces.
That said, considering the very reasonable price, I honestly think this place is hard to beat. I really don’t understand some of the extremely low ratings — for what you pay, the location and facilities make this a fantastic option.
The downside for us was the noise at night from the street. There is essentially one main road on the island, so cars and motorcycles pass by, sometimes quite late. Because of the location, I imagine this is something you would encounter with most accommodation on the island, so I wouldn’t expect completely idyllic nights with only the sound of the waves. You’ll hear the traffic as well.
They could do with a few more hooks in the room to be able to organise the clothes/ hang them on the door/ walls. The wardrobe was huge though, so it wasn't critical. The bling on the window didn't function properly - you need to do it by hand.

A great option for a solo traveller to rest at the end of a long journey. The staff are very caring: when I arrived, there was already a fan running in my room. Good cleaning. The facilities are decent, and everything works, including the Wi-Fi. A luxurious rooftop terrace with a view of the ocean. Very nice neighbours.
The plumbing fixtures are not new. There is no brush for removing sand or a broom for sweeping it out of the room — and there is sand everywhere, especially when the waves are strong. As I understand it, it is better not to dry your clothes outside.

The location is perfect, you are living on a beach, you have a balcony and rooftop with a sea view. Feels like a dream until reality hits. The staff on booking is trying to be helpful but is not really helping.
The biggest issue is that it is not taken care of. The bathroom could use an update or deep clean. But apart from this. The place has lot of flaws. You have TV in your room, but the TV does not work, I texted about it to the staff, they wrote me that someone will take care of it, but nothing happened. Okay TV is TV. But in the first evening the electricity stoped working. The circuit just can’t hold more rooms and more things connected to electricity. It wasn’t working for whole day and the staff just told me to check the circuit breakers, well I already did. So one day without electricity, that means also without fridge and AC, okay it started working in the evening. Next day the AC in our room started leaking water, like a lot,there was a puddle under it. Again staff said that someone will come repair it, but nothing happened. Also never had warm water but in summer thats okay. Overall many problems that were not really small and everyday of your vacation you have to write someone and invest your time in it. Would not stay here again although the location is dreamy. I am kinda sad I really wanted to love this place
