Ну для начала была ошибка с кодом, которую после нашего дополнительного запроса удалось хозяину быстро исправить. Хозяин оперативно на связи. Месторасположение - Центр старого города. Хороший кондиционер. Стабильный WiFi.

Более чем скромные условия размещения, возможно соотвествующие цене. Не было туалетной бумаги. Очень шумно по ночам до 4 утра, но если закрыть окна и включить кондиционер - нормально. 4 этажа - очень долго подниматься не имея хорошей физической формы.
