Negative experience with booking.com. I’m sure property is fine, we didn’t get a chance to stay.

Did not stay. We paid and then the property manager told us it wasn’t actually available and had to contact booking.com for refund.

Booking.com customer service took over an hour to contact. They had to refund since we paid but the property was actually not available. This stay was booked at the last minute when our original stay, in the same area, was cancelled the morning of our arrival (which we also had to deal with booking.com customer service took get refunded). We found this property on booking.com, paid, got confirmation and then heard from the property owner when asking for check in instructions. They told us we had to contact booking.com as the property should not have been showing as available on the site.

Good location but entrance is complicated, apartment is not well maintained

Good location, good amount of space, widows block well the noise (busy area), furniture are ok

There was no WiFi, there is a gas smell outside, no coffee cups (just espresso), wall in the bathroom is broken, getting into the apartment in through a window.
