I liked the location, the space and the amenities available.
I didn’t like that they had restrictions on the AC unit! Paying to stay at a place and you can’t adjust the unit to your comfort level is not okay

What did you like about the property?
The property was very clean, spacious, and exactly as described. The pool was clean and well maintained, and the free water resort across the street was a great bonus. My kids absolutely loved the Harry Potter room and Mickey Mouse room. Customer service was excellent and responded within minutes whenever I had a question. The entire stay was smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable.
What didn’t you like about the property?
Nothing significant. The only downside was that it rained during our stay, so we were unable to enjoy the water resort across the street.

The house was amazing and the facilities were fun for the kids.
Lots of quick fixes. Blood on the floor of the bathroom, curtain rod fell off. Hot water went out quickly, zero WiFi the whole time!
