Really nice hotel in the middle of Platres. Clean, really nice pool area, surrounded by trees, staff are great, breakfast with plenty of options for every taste.

L’hotel è bello, moderno e la posizione è ottima per visitare i monti Troodos. Il personale è accogliente e simpatico.
Prezzi molto alti per il ristorante dell’hotel e per i massaggi che fornisce la SPA. La qualità del cibo e del servizio di massaggi non è così alta da giustificare prezzi così alti. Ci sono ristoranti tipici dove si mangia molto bene nel paesino fuori dall’hotel e si spende 1/3.
Non c’è scelta di cuscini, sono tutti alti, e anche chiedendolo alla reception, ci hanno detto che non ne avevano. Un hotel di questo livello dovrebbe dare la scelta, e in ogni camera dovrebbe esserci un cuscino alto e uno basso. Siamo andati in vacanza in montagna per riposarci ma alla fine non abbiamo dormito bene a causa dei cuscini alti

Service staff were cordial and clean
Not enough chairs to sit after breakfast or lunch or dinner outside. They need comfortable chairs by the pool to serve people and for people to relax
People were fighting about chairs which is unseemly and distasteful.
Very expensive dinner. Best to keep alacarte all nights with more healthy options
Have live music throughout the year and organize events for people to come not only for 15 August
Need a small store for basic needs and medicine
Lounge music soft lighting at night after ten
