Small, but cozy room with fantastic view! Very tasty food- both breakfast and the restaurant - big thanks for stuff who prepared it.
It’s the centre of Platres, so on weekends the place is quite noisy. The baby bed is not appropriate for any children, it’s TOO soft, so we had to take our baby in our bed. Also it was strange decision to install a door closer on the bathroom door. The exhaust fan in the bathroom wasn’t working properly, and we couldn’t just stay the door open, we had to prop it.

Great place, comfortable bed, very nice view to the mountains, breakfast was excellent with local products and various options. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
We went with our 2 cats and the place was accommodating and very welcoming.

The location is very good, with a lovely view of the village. The breakfast was enjoyable with plenty of choices. The staff were a bit rushed during breakfast, which made you feel you had to hurry and finish before 10:00 — or exactly at 10:00 — as they hovered around the area; not helpful, and not discreet.
Checkout was at 11:00 instead of 12:00, which felt quite early to us. We always expect checkouts to be at 12:00. We requested a late checkout and it was granted—to leave at 12:00. However, they presented it as very difficult because the hotel was full. The hotel certainly wasn’t full, at least not in early March. Even if it had been full, they still made us feel as if they were doing us a big favor. That certainly doesn't make you feel welcome. Also, the staff in general—with the exception of the cleaners—seem not to enjoy their work, which is negative for a business.
