All round - Top Shelf - I highly recommend.
I've stayed in a lot of places - Coco 54 is one of the gems.
Lisa, the host, was absolutely AMAZING - nothing was a hassle, and her local knowledge was on point.
The apartment is comfortable, spacious, and very well presented, with a beautiful ocean/island view over looking Airlie Beach - seen from inside the apartment and, of course, the generously sized balcony.
The kitchen is a standout - it is one of two, that I've come across that has everything - and i mean everything, in regards to cookware, cutlery, crockery & glasses, plasticware, and utensils.
The cocktail station topped it off! Bravo ๐ ๐ ๐
I have Coco 54 tagged as my Ailie Beach choice of stay.

very easy received a code for keycode box near main entrance
not much to complain about , I was for warned about the fly screen , would have been handy some times during the stay

We had such a great stay! The host made everything so easy, the place was beautiful, the pool was great and it was an easy enough walk down to town. We will be back ๐
