Die Lage direkt am Bahnhof ist super. Das Zimmer war sehr ansprechend eingerichtet und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Der Vermieter Frank war sehr entgegenkommend, hilfsbereit und hat uns auch während der Zeit die Badetücher ausgetauscht.
Die Betten haben allerdings sehr geknarrt und waren hart.
Das Bad ist in die Jahre gekommen und sollte zumindest hinsichtlich der unappetittlichen verbliebenen Silikone und des Rosts bei den Türstöcken verbessert werden. Auch die Duschbrause war nicht sehr ansprechend.
Dann wäre es wirklich perfekt und würde zum Zimmer passen!

因為不小心按到又不能退款 還只能付現
因為有小孩 所以自備了毛巾 床包 枕頭 被子
陽台有洗衣機 但是沒有提供地方曬衣服🤔
最不喜歡有地毯的房間

The only plus point is location.
The apartment was located in a tall, old building that had a mix of commercial and residential units. Upon arrival we were surprised at how old the exterior and corridor were. The staff who met and brought us to the room was unfriendly.
Inside the apartment, renovation looked exactly like the photos. What you cannot tell from the photos were the aged wall paint and broken cabinet. The bathroom was dim and tiny with broken porcelain enamel in the bathtub. There were stains on the toiletries rack in the bathroom. Sitting on the toilet bowl, the view was rotting wooden door and broken floor tile.
The balcony was tiny with view of another old building. We kept the curtains closed so as not to look at the view, and it left us feeling claustrophobic as there was no other windows.
Water heater was not working (no water from hot tap) the first night. The host's first response was "the previous guests didn't report an issue" instead of acknowledging the issue. When the issue was finally fixed the next day, his response was "the staff confirmed heater has no issue" instead of updating it had been fixed. The handling left us a negative impression.
Overall the aged place and aged room made the stay uncomfortable. Our stays at Taichung and Tainan were great. We were looking forward to this as the best stay, because of how nice the apartment looked like in photos. Sadly it was a poor ending.
