La posizione di questa residenza è unica per bellezza e riservatezza. Ci si ritrova in mezzo al verde con una vista da cartolina: un'intera valle boscosa al centro della quale ci sono un'antica chiesa con annesso un eremo. Il carattere domestico e pratico è un valore aggiunto e la padrona di casa è disponibile e ha un bel sorriso.
Le finiture di alcuni particolari (mancano le placche a prese e interruttori), l'illuminazione e un asciugacapelli degno di questo nome. Ci vorrebbe qualche depliant e informazione in più sulle attività, i servizi e le cose da fare nelle vicinanze oltre naturalmente a cosa mangiare, dove poterlo fare ed eventualmente dove acquistare i prodotti del luogo.
