Great place to stay on the banks of the Wakool River with the ambience of a great old pub to relax in.

Remote
Finding my room and the lock box took a long time when I arrived late and tired. My room was A1 so I went to building A which was a toilet block.
I expected the lock box to be at a reception area near the entry but it was hard to spot. The bright lights in the donga block D did not illuminate the tiny box and there was no sign saying block D or donga. The email and map was hard to read on a small phone and not seen initially as AI had summarised the content leaving out vital details. So it took about 40 minutes to find my room. I almost slept in the car.

The heater was on when we arrived which made the room very comfortable.
The heater controller did not work and we were unable to turn the heater down for overnight. This meant we had to turn it off and, as we were there in winter, the room got very cold.
