We had a fantastic stay at this two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment in Luz. Estrela Apartment by Moje Holiday. The location is excellent and very convenient, making our arrival and stay completely hassle-free.
The apartment was absolutely immaculate upon arrival, and the view from the balcony was fantastic. It is also in a very convenient location, with everything we needed close by.
All in all, it is a tremendous apartment—beautiful, clean, comfortable, and well worth the value for the area. We would definitely recommend it and would happily stay here again.
I wanted to provide some constructive feedback regarding our stay at Estrela Apartment, in Luz. Overall, we enjoyed the apartment and found the location excellent, but there were a few areas where we feel the experience could have been improved.
Firstly, regarding the car hire enquiry, the management team initially provided some options and we were happy to proceed. However, when we went to make the booking, the management team unfortunately could not secure the booking we had requested and advised that they would arrange an alternative booking. Unfortunately, the communication then stopped and we received no further updates. This was quite disappointing, as we were left having to find alternative car hire ourselves.
Although the apartment was immaculate on arrival, which we really appreciated, we did notice that the bin under the kitchen sink had not been emptied by the previous guests. This was only a small issue, but it was disappointing given the otherwise very high standard of cleanliness.
Another area that could be improved is the pillows in the bedrooms. They were quite small, and we needed two pillows each. There were spare pillows available in the cupboard, but unfortunately there were no pillowcases for them. It took approximately two days for us to receive the additional pillowcases, which was inconvenient.
These are relatively small points, but addressing them would make the overall guest experience even better. In particular, maintaining communication when arranging services such as car hire and ensuring that sufficient linen and bedding are immediately available would make a significant difference.
Despite these issues, we had a very enjoyable stay and appreciated the apartment, its excellent location and the fantastic balcony views. We hope this feedback is helpful in making future guests' stays even more comfortable.

Mooi, ruim appartement. Het terras was meer dan ruim. Alles was netjes. Het domein is heel rustig in vergelijking met andere locaties. Je zit in een mooie omgeving. Ik heb er enkele heel mooie wandelingen kunnen maken. Zeker een aanrader. De verhuurster reageerde ook heel snel en kon ons enkele mooie adresjes aanraden.

Het appartement was heel ruim en schoon. De keuken was heel goed uitgerust en schoon. O.a. een afwasmachine, wasmachine en strijkijzer. Balkon ook heel ruim met 2 ligbedden en tafel met stoelen. Uitzicht op de tuin met zwembad en daarachter de zee. Het appartement bevindt zich in een complex met receptie, een volwassen en een kinder zwembad, een pool restaurant / bar, een sportruimte en spa (op tijd reserveren, anders vol). Gratis parkeren langs de weg, ook een garage onder het gebouw. Dichtbij het strand. Kwartier rijden naar Lagos, een wat groter plaatsje. Erg aardige host.
De bedbank was hard om op te liggen. In de slaapkamer was een 2 persoonsbed en een 1 persoonsbed. Wij hebben de 1 persoonsmatras in de huiskamer gelegd naast de bedbank zodat kinderen hun eigen bed en eigen kamer hadden.

We hadden het grote appartement op de eerste verdieping. Bijzonder ruim en goed ingericht appartement met mooi balkon. Zwembad en gym waren ook erg goed.
