The room was bright and airy, equipped with a capsule coffee machine and tea.
However, there were far too many disappointing issues. First of all, for an accommodation, the two pillows provided didn't even match. While the pillowcases were the same size, one of the pillows was actually a sofa cushion! This completely ruined the stay for my girlfriend and me, as we had to take turns using the only proper pillow. We noticed this right after checking in, but when we went out to look for the front desk, there was no one to be found. To make matters worse, there was no contact number provided, making it impossible to reach anyone.
Additionally, although there was a soap dispenser by the sink, it was completely empty. When I opened it, a foul odor came out—it clearly hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. On top of that, there was only one tiny trash can in the entire room, which filled up almost immediately.
