Loved my stay at Ocean Village. The Golf Villas, which Casa Del Mar is part of are well located withing the overall complex, within easy walk of all amenities, yet peaceful. This unit is right off the 6th hole, near the tee box, so I could run inside a grab a cool drink or snack during my round. I wasn't sure how I would like the golf course, as a par-3 which winds through the complex, with homes on one or both sides of the hole. Turns out, I loved it. Nice to leave the long sticks at home and play the 80% of golf which is approaches, chipping/pitching and putting. The conditions, especially the traps and the greens were excellent, with some very challenging hole locations. All the residents and guests at Ocean Village are very friendly, which made my trip really special.
Neighbor upstairs was an early riser, and could be counted on to make a lot of noise starting at 8 am; luckily, that got me up and out of bed every day to enjoy the day.

Marcos was quick to address our need when the oven did not work by having a new toaster oven delivered. It was such fun watching and listening to the golfers as they played through the back green just outside the Lani. Beach was just a short and pleasant walk. Only thing missing was the lack of ☀️ on a few days. Thanks Marcos for sharing your property. Highly recommend.
