Swimming pool was clean and not too cold
Large room and good storage
No pool towels and no hair dryer in room
Shower head too low as top bracket was plastic and wouldn't hold in place
Only 1 hand towel and when removed to be washed was not replaced as run out. Had to wait 24hrs for another one
Bathroom drains smelt.
Kitchen sink dish cloth had not been changed/washed, it still had food attached from previous guests.
Took over a day to reply to question about access after hours on arrival day

Shower only has a curtain and can get a bit wet in the bathroom.

Location is fantastic, very clean and tidy. Great size room. Fantastic staff etc etc.
Not a fan of shower curtains, and we had a light outside our bedroom door.
