This is a little piece of heaven tucked in the backstreets of Sanur. It presents very cleanly. The staff greeted us with big smiles even though we were a couple of hours early due to a boat docking earlier than check-in time. They quickly made the room up for us and had us settled in within 15 minutes. We were naturally very happy to wait seeing as we were the ones putting them out.
The facilities are modern and the kitchenette is a great touch for anyone doing long stays where you might do your own cooking. But with all the great food options just down the road within a couple of minutes walk. I don’t know why you would. lol
We didn’t get time to jump in the pool but it looks fantastic. This is definitely going on Our list of top stays in the area where we will return to in the future for sure.
No negatives at all

staff are friendly and helpful
only 1 chair in our room and noticed broken chairs stacked outside and no replacement. thinking a large water dispenser in the room to help reduce plastic waste of having to bring individual bottled water. Its bali yet the use of fake plants around pool with yellowing plastic leaves feels cheap

Super comfortable beds, great location, very friendly staff, ample motorbike parking. Great to have a nice sized fridge and freezer and the kitchenette.
I’d love if they had water gallons onsite for refilling just to reduce plastic waste when Bali is already struggling to handle waste.

Very clean room, comfortable bed. Nice to have a lovely hot shower. As the property is quite new, nothing wrong at all. I thought the guys who looked after the property were excellent. There most of the time, when they weren’t, contact them on WhatsApp and they are with you in 2 minutes . Marek especially helpful, I hired a moped, asked for a phone holder, it was just dumped in the seat storage. Marek spent 30 minutes taking off the wing mirror, attaching the phone holder, then reattached the wing mirror. Didn’t have to do that. So I speak very highly about their help and work ethic. Thank you
Can’t think of anything. It’s all new, and works perfectly.
