The staff at Moonlight are lovely - very helpful and friendly. The bed and pillows were comfy. Location is very quiet, but not too far from restaurants, shops and the beach. Everything is walkable.
The bathroom wasn't as clean as it could be, and also got very stuffy as there is no fan. The AC was very effective, but very noisy - it sounded like wind blowing constantly, making it hard to sleep some nights. There is also a ceiling fan, but that was also noisy and didn't do much. Access was a little tricky by car as there is construction going on nearby. The room wasn't as spacious as it looked in the pictures. We had 4 suitcases so it was a little bit snug, but overall not a bad stay. We loved Sanur!

Only there for a few nights. Basic room. Nothing special.
Can be tricky to find as there is no signage outside and it is also known by another name. Taxis have trouble finding it. Also, if they could clean up the dog poo right at the entrance where you wheel your suitcases in.

Loved my room on the ground level by the pool. Great aircon, wifi, comfy bed, hot shower, great location. Walking distance to shops and beach. There's a great little warung if you don't want to walk far, I ate here 3 times. I think it's called old brick or something.
The only thing I didn't like was that my room was not cleaned daily, until I asked if it's part of it and they did it on the 3rd day but I was leaving the following day. I had paid less elsewhere and had daily room clean.
The pool area is also a little small if there's others there too, but I'd still stay again.

"Cute room, very quite and not too fare from the beach. We extended 7 more days."
