Outstanding Customer Service.

So this review is different. The property was double booked, but the manager reached out to us proactively and offered an great upgrade to another place that everyone truly enjoyed. Sometimes things go wrong. It happens. How the managers react after that is what truly separates the great properties from the rest. The manager at Antice Torre di Via Tornuaboni has done great. A 10 rating is for impeccable customer service and focus on great outcomes. This was our last stay of 3 weeks traveling, and it topped everything else.
