Bien situé dans Cebu IT Park et belle vue! Nous avons apprécié le cadre et les prestations de l’immeuble. L’appartement est confortable et bien équipé, le lave-linge est un vrai plus.

Excellent location. The property is clean. Small, but expected of a studio condo. I even had a welcome note on the table. Snacks were offered, so were drinks on the fridge for a reasonable price. Washer/dryer available. We were able to use the gym .
The main problem we had was the clogged sink. Sink was clogged from day 1 that we opted not to use it anymore. The main bed was hard as well.

The location was perfect for us. Room was also well equipped and everything was convenient. Our host was friendly and helped us whenever we needed. We were also able to check in earlier which was a huge plus. Shower worked well, the TV was nice and the view was amazing.
The bed was really the main downside of the apartment. The mattress was not comfortable and pillows were quite poor. Also the blanket didn't feel clean. However, if these things would be fixed, I would totally give the place full 10 points.
