The playground and pool were awesome for the kids; so awesome that they didn’t wanna do anything else. Beds were comfy and staff was nice.
The walls aren’t very sound proof. We could hear everyone else on our floor.
The bathroom door situation is diabolical; especially since it’s a child friendly hotel. No lock and a huge crack between the wall and door making it the perfect environment for my young children to come in uninvited. Us moms NEED a locked bathroom for 5 minutes of peace during travel.

The location was okay for our purposes. The staff was quick to accommodate the extra steps required for use of the underground parking due to construction on site.
The pool was poorly maintained and monitored. The hot tub had tiles missing from it. The staff around the pool area were too young to be dealing with rowdiness in the pool which made it difficult for young children to enjoy the facility.
