we had to wait, the room was not prepared, as the previous visitor left very late

Locatia buna, camera calduroasa.
Nu ai loc de parcare, dar proprietarul gaseste solutii, persoane dubioase tranziteaza acea strada, trebuie de avut grija. De mentionat ca proprietarul este enervant de insistent ! Mereu batea la usa pentru orice intrebare. Dormeam in camera, a batut la ușa, a bagat cheia, dar cheia mea era in usa pe interior si nu a reusit sa deschida usa.

Locatia e aproape de centru.
Locul de parcare nu se poate folosi deoarece nu se poate iesi din curte cand vecinul de vizavi pacheaza si el masina in fata curtii lui. Proprietarul mi-a dat mie numarul de telefon sa sun sa mute vecinul masina. In camera a fost rece.
