Batteries were dead in TV remote so we couldn't watch a movie we planned on. Keurig coffee maker didn't work so we had to go into town for coffee which for us was a big deal because we like to relax with coffee in the morning especially in a mountain retreat. The host give a modest refund but it wan'r about the money but the experience. She also got a replacement coffee maker for the second morning
