EXPRESS SELF CHECK-IN:
To validate your reservation, please complete the online check-in form and upload a copy of your driver's licence or passport prior to your arrival (The check-in form will be sent automatically by our system 7 days before your check-in date).
We will leave the key in a key safe at the accommodation address for your own collection. The full details and address will be provided once your booking is confirmed. An extra charge will be incurred for any early/ late check-in; please contact the host for details.
EXPRESS SELF CHECK-OUT:
Kindly note that our check-out time is 10:00 am, and we request all guests to adhere to this timing. For those departing via public transportation, you may simply return the keys to the designated spot inside the apartment before you leave. If you drive, you will however need the key to access the carpark. Please remove your car first then return the full set of keys to the designated spot for the final time. NO late check-out is allowed. A $50 fine applies for each 15-minute delay from our latest check-out time at 10:00 am.
KEY LOSS/ KEY ACCESS ASSISTANCE:
Key loss will result in charge of $300. Please always remember to bring the keys with you when leaving the apartment. If you lock yourself out and ask the host for assistance, $100 will be charged from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm. Outside these hours, an additional $120 for any time beyond this period (total $200). If the host is unreachable, kindly contact the locksmith for your emergency at your own cost.
NO BAGGAGE STORAGE before check-in or after check-out for security reasons.
NO SMOKING - any evidence of this will result in a $150 fine.
NO PET - any evidence of this will result in a $150 fine.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS - any evidence of this will result in a $500 fine.

EXIT CLEANING ONLY - For your convenience, a dishwasher is available in the apartment, please wash up all the cookware, dishes & cutlery and clean up all rubbish to leave the place as you generally find it, or a $100 additional cleaning fee if needed.

Great location and beautiful 3 bedroom unit!

The location is great being near to the light rail and also ready walking to the beach. The beds were comfortable and the shower was good.Just a few minor issues, only having one set of keys was a problem when people are not all out together and go to bed at different times. The sofa was a little grubby and super low which meant one of our group couldn't actually sit on it as they have a bad hip. One of the bedroom doors was very difficult to close and open properly.

Weekend was so much fun, and still felt like we had an actual home to go to rather than just a hotel, would definitely book again! Was in a very convenient location as it wasn’t right in the middle of the craziness of surfers paradise but also not far at all and easily could walk, ride lime bikes or catch the tram into town if need be
