BEDROOMS: This home consists of three bedrooms, furnished with King beds, each adorned with premium linens, pillows, and mattresses to elevate your stay to a new level of comfort.



BATHROOM: Enjoy the convenience of two well-appointed full bathrooms in our home. Your stay, tailored for utmost convenience and relaxation.



LIVING ROOM: The living room provides a welcoming atmosphere, featuring cozy huge couch and a flat-screen TV for entertainment.



OFFICE: Should you find yourself on a work trip, please enjoy the private office space. This space includes a desk and office chair, perfect for bringing the office with you if some work has to interrupt your play.



KITCHEN: Our kitchen adorned with stainless steel appliances – refrigerator, microwave, and stove. Equipped with all your basic cooking needs, it’s a culinary haven. The added breakfast bar invites you to savor your meals in style.



DINING AREA: Eat meals together in our inviting dining area, complemented by a convenient breakfast bar.



OUTDOOR/POOL AREA: Step outside into your own private oasis! This home offers a refreshing pool, bubbling jacuzzi, and putting green for outdoor entertainment. We also have a charming outdoor seating area with a fire pit to complete or evening unwinding!



BLACKSTONE: The patio is equipped with a Blackstone griddle, perfect for those that love to grill and cook outside.



PARKING: There are two designated parking spots on our driveway and in the garage. There is no overnight parking on the street.



Our property is always professionally cleaned between visits.

THIS IS A NO SMOKING PROPERTY. ANY SMOKING USE WILL RESULT IN A MIN $700 FINE.



No mailbox key provided. Please have all packages or mail delivered directly to the house, or to general delivery at the local USPS office. Any packages that need to be retrieved from the mailbox by your host will result in a $25 charge after the first occurrence.

Shopping & dining: Just a 4–5 minute drive to Sierra Montana Center and Marketplace at Prasada, with grocery stores, cafés, and restaurants.

Parks & outdoors: Close to Surprise Recreation Campus with playgrounds, basketball and sand volleyball courts, plus ramadas and picnic areas. White Tank Mountain Regional Park and Wildlife World Zoo are within 15–30 minutes for hiking and family outings.

Getting Around:

This home is in an HOA community.

– Our garage provides two parking spots and the driveway has two spots for additional parking.

– There is no overnight parking in the street.

– The Loop 303 freeway is within 8 minutes of the home.

This freeway will get you to your destination in the quickest time possible.



Other Things to Note:

All guests complete a quick, secure ID verification and check-in in our guest app after booking. Your guidebook and door code unlock once it's done. Nothing is charged off-platform, and your info is kept secure. Guests who prefer not to verify may cancel under the platform's cancellation policy.



Jacuuzi heating and usage is included in your stay. Pool heating is a separate fee. Please reach out for more information.
