About this apartment rental
Welcome to Playa Encantada. Our beautiful condo is on the 11th floor of "La Jolla Del Mar," four miles south of downtown Rosarito. Offering panoramic ocean views from the living space, master bedroom, and wrap-around balcony, this two-bedroom, two-bath home is fully furnished. Amenities include an infinity pool, two hot tubs, a kids' pool, tennis court, & an outdoor BBQ area. Direct beach access is available from the pool area. Full 24/7 security is provided, including parking for 1 car.
The space
Come and relax in our panoramic ocean-view condo. This beach retreat has everything you need for a romantic getaway. The condo is on the 11th floor with a wrap-around balcony. Sip a glass of wine and enjoy the sunset. You can see as far North as the Rosarito Pier and as far south as Baja Studio. There is direct beach access as well. ***The beach sand typically retreats during the winter and returns in the Spring. Please ask us for current beach conditions***

Our condo complex has quiet hours starting at 10:00 PM. The complex requires mandatory wristbands for all guests. The resort and wristband fee for your entire stay is included. This is a one-time charge per stay, included in the VRBO pricing as listed.
