The house was cute, clean, and overall a pleasant place to stay. Everything was well-maintained, and we enjoyed our time there. However, I think it would be helpful for future guests to know that there is no air conditioning. Depending on the weather, this could affect comfort during the stay. Another issue was the amount of natural light coming into the home early in the morning. The rooms could benefit from blackout curtains or better window coverings, as it was difficult to sleep once the sun came up.Also, if you’re staying on a Friday, be aware that parking can be challenging. There is no dedicated parking, so you’ll need to park on the street, and in our case we had to move the car early in the morning. This wasn’t ideal when trying to relax and sleep in during a vacation.Other than those issues, the stay was good and the property was clean and charming.

I love this home. It’s modern, clean and so much light. It was well throughout from the amenities to the layout of the home and very well stocked. It’s also quiet and has a homely feel. The host was attentive and so friendly. The communication was perfect. Even gave us recommendations like going to the beach and watching the sunset. Make sure to do this. It’s beautiful I enjoyed the sliding doors front and back as it gave you the feeling of the the outside being a part of the space. We go to LA twice a year for our conferences, we will be booking this home every time! Highly recommended!!
