It’d put this condo in the “you get what you pay for category”. The positives are it had the essentials, parking was easy, and it was a very short walk to the beach. The water and dryer worked well and the TV in the living room did too. There were card games and DVDs too. The reality is the place is basic and a little out dated, but clean enough. The bathrooms are tiny, making it a little difficult for a larger groups of people (since it is a 3 bedroom with a sleeper sofa, max 8 people would be a lot for those bathroom- in my opinion.) The only negative thing I have to say is the coffee pot was slightly broken, but we made it work. The the little spring loaded stopped that makes it stop dripping when you remove the pot is gone. They could improve the place with a Keurig, and updated furniture and linens. Like I said, good for the money. We had no problems or complaints.

We would absolutely come back and stay again. The parking place and beach access were our favorite parts. It doesn't have new furniture or decorations, HOWEVER, we weren't there to be inside. It had everything we needed! I'd highly recommend staying here. The communication with the management was superb, and easy access getting into the place.

Access to the beach was great, the view was great. The condo needs some updates. The beds where uncomfortable, some of the blinds on the patio doors was missing and the patio doors do not lock. Other than that is was ok to stay at. Lots of shopping and food near by.
