Whole building for group of 4 couples. Breakfast arrangement good - fridge in room with water. Plenty of coffee facilities.
Location was 20+ mins walk from centre. Ok for us for 2 days.

The host was very prompt communicating with me, very thoughtful, and helpful with providing info to get around and making arrangements post checkout. They were quite generous at providing coffee, milk, water, and oranges (while my experiences with other B&B’s in Italy were quite the opposite). The location is outside the historic district (15-20 min walk) but close to bus stop, which is important for my travels. It also provided me opportunities to better observe local living on my walks.
I would have given the facility the highest score had it not been the overpowering air fragrance (or the cleaning product they used?) in the room as well as the rest of the property. It was rather bothersome, but because I stayed there for only one night, I decided to just cope with it.

The staff communicated clearly about how to park and how to reach the room, and they kindly accommodated our check-in outside the usual check-in time. The hotel was exactly as described: the room was not very spacious, but it was very clean and comfortable. We also found a parking spot very close by with no difficulty, and the breakfast was tasty.
The only minor downside is that the hotel is not very close to the old town, but the walk was pleasant, and this was exactly as described in advance.

The property was really clean and in nice design. We enjoyed the bath tube available. We were able to check in way earlier (11 am) which was very convenient for us. Giuseppe who was checking us in was super nice, friendly, welcoming and informative. The contact with the landlord was also nice. The location is not very central but it’s close to some grocery shops, and the walk to the city centre was actually pretty nice.
We definitely recommend others to book the rooms without the spa. Our room with the spa was fully underground which we didn’t get from the room description. There was only one small window which was making the place claustrophobic. Also, there was a lot of humidity in the room, as well as mould in the bathroom (both factors caused a bad smell in the room). Overall, I believe that the whole property is very nice and as long as you book “normal rooms” then I’d rate it 8/10. But the underground location and humidity in the spa room unfortunately made us uncomfortable.
