Room with modern interior and exceptional cleanliness. Nice balcony overlooking a green, quiet courtyard. We appreciated the practical and silent in-room fridge. Helpful check-in with the friendly host. Convenient location close to the metro, train station, supermarket and few restaurants. Shared kitchen with useful equipment for preparing smaller meals.
Thin walls and doors, so other guests could be heard easily due to the limited sound insulation. Occasional smell from the sewer. Camera installed in the shared kitchen area. The room door needed to be closed firmly to stay shut. Several keys are required for access, which makes entering and leaving somewhat cumbersome.
