Loved the outlook. We didn't mind having the 3 separate units as it gave us each our own place to chill if needed. We enjoyed being able to have our meals at the table and chairs on the deck when the weather permitted us to do so. The kitchen was well stocked and worked well for us. We appreciated the butter that had been supplied in the fridge for us. The heaters in all the units were great, especially on the chilly nights. Loved the shower which had great water pressure. Internet reception was great in all units. When reading past reviews, it was great to see that the owner had listened and made improvements to the property which we could see and appreciate during our stay.
The gravel driveway was quite steep, which meant you needed to be extra careful when carrying our luggage and the groceries into the property. The owner has attempted to put some small rock slab steps in, but some were broken making them less stable to use than the driveway. The door handles need some attention, with the handle to the kitchen/dinning room/lounge unit needing to be pulled down 2 to 3 times before it would open.

Gorgeous little cottage in a great location. Really appreciated being able to bring my dog along for the holiday. Super handy having a walkway to the wharf at the end of the street, and loved having a little peak of the harbour.

Great location, nice quiet street, fantastic view. Facilities are great. Loved the knitting box
Lots of big cockroaches, mainly outside or in the bathroom, mainly because of all the native plants. But other than that that it was great. Facilities are great, and really clean and well maintained, like a old school kiwi bach.

Beautiful views of the bay. Lovely garden. Bathroom was modern.
Very old fashioned. The separate configuration is not mentioned in the description on booking. The building was old and walls were thin. Very cold in the morning waking up.
