Christophe was hands-down the best host ever. He met us at the house, explained everything and helped get the WIFI going, was very responsive to messages, & even helped us to get a parking space in Dinard so we could take the ferry to Saint-Malo. The view from the salon and garden is spectacular, the bedrooms large, the beds quite comfortable, the sitting area spacious and comfy. There's a lot to see, including the beautiful Saint-Malo & Dinard, and Dinan itself is charming and very close. At the bottom of the hill is a small port, with boat rentals, a pub, a restaurant, and a barge that serves shellfish & drinks. I would definitely come back!
Perhaps a slightly better outfitted kitchen, but we were still able to cook and enjoy the local produce. Maybe small trashcans in the bathrooms, too. But these are minor quibbles and overall we enjoyed the property very much.

Spacious and with all facilities we needed. Location was an ideal central location for seeing the sights in this area of Brittany. Easy to get to Mont St Michael, St Malo and the wonderful Dinan a few minutes away. View from property to the local port was superb

L’emplacement idéale, la vue magnifique, l’espace de vie, la situation géographique idéale entre Dinan, Dinard et St Malo,
Manque quelques accessoires de cuisine pour une famille qui aime cuisiner ensemble et manger autour d’une grande tablée, la voisine qui nous interpelle en criant fortement qu’on n’est pas dans un village de vacances à 20:00 en fin de diner.

Très belle et grande maison avec une magnifique vue sur la Rance. Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans ce lieu très agréable.
Les chambres sont grandes, la salle de vie est immense, la maison est bien équipée.
Il manque de vaisselle et de couverts pour une si grande maison ce qui oblige à tout laver pour chaque repas.
Le parquet à l'étage est assez glissant. Faire attention.
Plusieurs appareils ne fonctionnaient pas lors de notre venue (ie. sèche-serviettes au rdv et à l'étage, plusieurs ampoules dans la maison...)
