It was lovely having a pool and a large room with outside space. The space was comfortable and we could really spread out without feeling cramped. It was a very well equipped room and the spa bath was magnificent. It was only a short walk down the river into town, and there was a mini market around the corner.
The hotel wasn’t staffed with a receptionist onsite so we communicated via a speaker at the door. It wasn’t too bad, but after a long walk with all our luggage it was difficult to navigate just stood on the pavement in the baking sun. It would have been nice to have the coffee pods replenished.

Maria checked us in and she was so accommodating. After a hectic day of travel with a delayed train, she made our day by upgrading us to the terrace room. This room was amazing, super spacious, a lovely terrace and a jacuzzi bath in the room. Thank you Maria 😃

Location was close enough to town to make walking bearable. They had a lot of complimentary snacks and drinks which was very appreciated. Having access to a pool was a nice touch. The patio terrace was very cute and nice for unwinding after a long day.
The staff was not super friendly. They had communicated with me that they could absolutely accommodate an early check in and then went back on their word. The rooms also had thermostats but they didn’t actually cool. I ended up messaging the hotel on WhatsApp at 1:30am because it was so warm in the room.
