Great location with poor communication and needs updating!!

The dish washer leaks. The washing machine smells horrible. I tried to wash a load of clothes and wouldn’t even put my clothes in it. There’s only 4 beds not 5 and 2 are let out couches.

We asked for early check in-3 instead of 4. We never got a call. We arrived at 245 and it appeared ready. No crew was there. I went to the office and it was locked. No one was there for 4 days. I called a number and no answer someone called back and I told her we never got a code to check in and wanted to see if it was ready. She said no it’s not ready but she would text me the code. I asked if I would get a text when it was ready and she said yes. We never got a text. Went back t 345 and it was ready. Very poor communication. Location was great.
