The staff was lovely and welcoming, the location and atmosphere was engaging and the food choices were many. Food service top notch.
after 9pm a lot of noise was hitting my room window. Loud children and skateboarding even after hours. The bathroom sink wasn't working properly. While eating by the pool, workers were sawing things clearly loud and mess right there instead of doing while people were eating they should have closed serving food while that was happening or wait until after hours as not to disturb the customers

Great amiable service from staff (Jeanette, Yusuf, Mustafa) and very accommodating with an early check in. Nicely appointed hotel too.
Minor maintenance issue but was attended to.

The hotel was very comfortable for our very short stay. Staff were very friendly and we had an excellent breakfast.

The location and the community formed around the sports bar
Unfortunately, there were a number of things that we didnt like:
1. We booked a superior king room which turned out to be smaller than expected
2. Room service menu was very limited and the food quality was way below standard
3. While I would like to give special thanks to Cedric and Letitia for their friendliness and helpfulness - I found Jeannette at reception rather unfriendly and inefficient at her job.
4. The pillows in the room were terribly uncomfortable which unfortunately affected our sleep every night of our stay
