Accommodation was as expected, however, due to attitude from host, have cancelled future booking at this property

Property was clean and comfortable

Gas to cooker had not been checked-took over an hour of faffing about to get cooker working (I have a gas cooker at home so know about holding button in to ignite) Communication from host was very poor.-had to request key code details after booking in time despite host being aware that we had arrived. Issue with cooker was not addressed until after the 17:00 (despite being reported before this time) and no follow up at 09:00 the following day.

Good basic could do with heating upgrade

The caravan was a good basic caravan , they was cleaning before we arrived ( we was earlier) they was friendly. This was a one off over night stay so not a long term style . Had a weird issue with TV then next day worked think remote control that’s not owners fault just an annoying tech issue.

we did find the heating in the master bedroom was not working very well which did make the room cold.
