Fantastic location in Assisi

The location was close to the basilica and to many cafes and restaurants. The property was the right size and comfortable. The owner was easy to communicate with and made our stay pleasant.

Mobile reception inside the property was a challenge. Nothing to fault the property though. More to do about the network coverage around Assisi.

Everything was perfect

Very close to the centre and accessible from the bus parking. A stone’s throw away from San Francesco. The flat has everything needed and Francesca was very kind and responsive

Remember to lock the door with the code when leaving as it doesn’t self lock. Not an issue but just to remember.

Terrible experience

Nothing. It was canceled by hotels.com I received an email saying a refund would be processed, then the host contacted me saying it did not get cancelled and he “hopes” I get my money back from booking.com because he’s already been paid. I haven’t received anything from booking.com in response to multiple requests.
