Novaworld is a really cool place - a different side of Vietnam, where it’s quiet and peaceful. The villa was cozy, and the host was always available and ready to answer any questions. It's just a 7-minute walk to the beach; this villa offers the most convenient location. Grab works great in this area too - the wait for a taxi is about a minute, and delivery services are available as well.
1) The bath wasn't working (this was quite important to us)
2) The sinks in the room on the top floor can't be used because the sensors are set up strangely (the water turns on for about two seconds and floods everything around it)
3) During our stay in Novavord, the power went out twice for about six hours. But this isn't a problem specific to this villa; it's a general issue in the area.

Clean beautiful alot of commodity and kitchen set for cooking, sanitary ware all use good and expensive one, very good air con aircon every where make the villa can't hot even in the afternoon of summer in vietnam very hot. The owner very friendly and provide alot of services for guest , very reasonable prices
Some of the sanitary ware seem to broken like bath tub we can't use

In general, the house is okay!
The sink in the master bathroom should not be in sensory b/c water flows everywhere!
